Ever and Now (Poetry Thursday)

I am cheating again, stealing from my poetry page. Ah well, deal...

Ever and Now
If ever there was
If there ever could be
Without me
My ever will never see

Ever not to plan
Ever unfolds in the sands
Ever comes from now
Now to the future, will not bow

Now I will not forget
Now, what will become of it
Now is; in the now
Ever to those behind somehow

Ever is not what I dream
Now in the ever seam
Ever becomes a fantasy
The now is just a part of me

Hello Michelle,

You shouldnt judge people. How dare you say that names that end in lene are trashy! My moms name is Shirlene and she is a teacher and college graduate. It is not trashy! I have also heard other people named this (a minister). Maybe someone thinks your stupid name is trashy!
It may be old fashioned but NOT trashy.

Dear Anon - I am sorry if I offended you somewhere - somehow. I am not sure where you read that cause it is not on this page. (I think I was making a comment on all the sterotypes of lene.)

Obviously you know my name and have the advantage, but you do not know me.

I understand your outrage. One of my dearest friends in the world is Aileen and she is soooo far from trashy. I would call out anyone who called her trashy. (I think trashy is your word not mine. You'll have to show me the quote and the context. Otherwise I am sticking with my original belief that I was making a comment on Southern sterotypes.)
